"Downloaded quick and worked fine"
The install was fast, and the game runs sorta smooth so far. No issues getting it up and running

"Just keeps getting more expensive"
I wanted to enjoy the games, but they feel way overpriced, and the coins disappear way too fast. It also feels like the goalposts keep moving, just when you think you know what something costs or how far your coins will go, it changes or ends up taking more than expected. For me, it’s just not worth the money

"Feels like players deserve better"
The game selection feels outdated, and a lot of the games just aren’t very good. Some look cheap, others run kind of weird, and it just doesn’t feel like much care was put into the experience. I get that not every game can be amazing, but if people are spending their time or money here, it should feel a little more fair and worthwhile. I expected better and, for me, it wasn’t really worth the time.

"I cancelled my plan, but they still..."
I cancelled my plan, but they still charged me anyway. My snap judgment? Frustrating and not a great sign. I reached out to support, but they were slow to respond and didn’t really help much once they did...

I usually have high standards when it comes to customer support, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They helped me sort things out without making it a hassle.
